Can I claim cash, not money off credit card
Hi. Ive been offered £113.00 by Lloyds TSB. Ive got an outstanding account with them which Im paying off at reduced payments due to hardship, but theyve said they are going to take it off my overall outstanding balance. Can i ask for the cash instead as Im badly in need of it ?

Reclaim charges from after July 2007 ?
I know we can claim back the charges for the 6 years prior to charges being put on hold in July 2007. But my question is can you still claim any charges from after July 2007?
