I've noticed on my partner's statements received from MBNA - the following charges:
Credit Insurance Fees
Finance Charges
Does anybody know, whether one can claim these back? Thanks in advance.

What kind of amounts are they ?
Credit Insurance could be PPI - which you could look at reclaiming if it was missold to you.
Not sure what Finance Charges would be ??

Agree with you re: credit insurance. I'll claim back the finance charges along with, late payment fees and overlimit fees.0
