MBNA Credit Card Charges

I've noticed on my partner's statements received from MBNA - the following charges:

Credit Insurance Fees
Finance Charges

Does anybody know, whether one can claim these back? Thanks in advance.

What kind of amounts are they ?

Credit Insurance could be PPI - which you could look at reclaiming if it was missold to you.

Not sure what Finance Charges would be ??

hmmm apparently ''The aggregate of interest, penalties and fees payable under the relevant credit card agreements are known as "finance charges".''

Agree with you re: credit insurance. I'll claim back the finance charges along with, late payment fees and overlimit fees.
