Reclaiming from abroad

I moved abroad (Ireland) almost three years ago.I had bank charges when I moved.I now find myself stropped for money and wondered if I was entitled to claim the excessive charges from here?
I would be grateful for any help.

Where you live now is irrelevant, other than if you ever needed to file a claim and attend a court hearing. But since all bank claims have been stayed by the courts until the outcome of the OFT test case, that's unlikely to ever arise.0
