hi just for confirmation
can my wife claim back any overdraft charges she generally goes over her overdraft amount, i say every month since shes had a account with tsb probably 17yrs im not sure what type of charges she gets but i know its every month
can someone just verify if she can claim and what does hardship mean we both work i never go into my overdraft or not much.

Financial Hardship means you have priority debt arrears (mortgage/rent, utilities, council tax etc)0 -
so is there no point in putting a claim in as im not in any arrears (no red letters) but she doesnt pay any of the bills, i do she just pays for everyday item like food etc.0
