Interest charged on 0% balance xfer
I've got an Abbey Zero card. Last month's statement indicated that the interest this month would be £0, instead I've been charged £60. Next month is the end of the 0% period but because of the date that I opened the account there was no warning that the interest would be charged. If I'd known that interest was about to be…

I'm a bit confused... MBNA CC charges
I've just received a list of my MBNA charges dating back to Feb 03 and prior to June 2006 I have lists of charges for £25 but after that date charges are £12. So..... do I claim back £13 for pre June 2006 (£25-£12) as recommended by Martin and then £12 after June 2006? Just seems that by doing this I'm saying £12 is ok…
