Hi all,
I'm a dab hand at the CCA requests but this SAR /reclaim charges is very new to me so please accept my apologies if I'm missing something.
Sent Abbey £10 for SAR and received today a 1 page spreadsheet showing charges levied in a particular month (£160 IN TOTAL) and a 3 page letter stating that if I want to complain about charges I cant until the test case is resolved. I sent a standard SAR request letter req copies of default notices/paperwork held and print out of notes on my account made by staff members. I might ask for my £10 back!!! I am going to write stating I want the full monty and what they sent wasnt suffice.
Is this right about not being able to take any further at the moment - they said I could complain but would be put on hold and if I started court action they would ask the courts to hold it??
Also if an account has charges on it I have heard a default notice cant be sent until they are removed? Anybody heard the same.
My Abbey account has been purchased by Robinson Way and I need to get them off my back.
