Interest charged on 0% balance xfer

I've got an Abbey Zero card. Last month's statement indicated that the interest this month would be £0, instead I've been charged £60. Next month is the end of the 0% period but because of the date that I opened the account there was no warning that the interest would be charged. If I'd known that interest was about to be applied I'd have paid off the balance or transferred to another card. Is there anything I can do to reclaim the interest charge? Thanks...

if they have charged interest you should complain about it, if they dont deal with it then take your complaint to the FOS. it isnt just the minimum payment tho is it?

Nope, made the minimum payment well before its due date last month and the charge this month is shown as interest on teh balance transfer. I'll take you advice thanks and go to the FOS.
