Marks & Spencer Personal Reserve Account
Has anyone claimed on a Marks & Spencer Personal Reserve account. Not sure if they still do this account, but it was basically a loan of £2,500 they gave you a check book and you just wrote a cheque out to yourself and banked it in your bank. If so will the claim procedure be the same as the credit card reclaiming?

Can I reclaim my credit card charges if I defaulted on the card?
I have a slightly unusual situation. Bear with me...I moved to the US whilst still having credit card debt in the UK. For over a year I sent the payments every month to my Abbey bank account which then had direct debits to my cards, no problems. One month the money left but apparently didn't arrive at Abbey. I did not know…

Debt ownership....
I'm about to embark on reclaiming credit card charges, but all of my credit card debts are now controlled by collection agencies as I defaulted when I set up my debt repayment plan (university debts...) Charged even though i haven't used account
Hi, I'm hoping someone can give me some advice on my partner's situation. She hasn't used her Lloyds TSB account since about May 2007 and is on a payment arrangement to clear the overdraft - one where they still charge interest on the ballance, but this isn't the problem. Lloyds keep applying unplanned overdraft fees to…
