i recieved a letter this morning from natwest stating that if i pay £10 a month any charges applied to my account will be reduced to £17 each!

It's a new add on to accounts. if you pay a flat charge of £10 a mnth your unpaid item, unauthed OD fees will be reduced (I think that's halved?)
It's a bit silly because you shouldn't really be accepting paying charges EVERY month!Kavanne
