can you claim bank and credit card charges when you are not only overdrawn but not earning neither and wanting a loan for further education? not the best of situations to be in!

my daughter is afraid to start anything at this point as the bank account is overdrawn by £2000 with barclays the credit card is with barclaycard and it's barclays that have agreed the further education loan of £3500. do you think she's in a position to go ahead and not lose out on the loan???0

Can she afford the payments on the loan if she is already overdrawn etc?
It could take months if not years to get bank charges back, and it is by no means a done deal. However anyone that needs to reclaim might as well start the ball rolling now so they do not have any charges 'drop off' as they are too old.0
