Not reclaiming - just want them to stop - advise needed

Hi Guys,

Just looking for advise really, ill fill you in on my situation

I have been overdrawn for the last 3 or 4 month, it started with a simple oversight and then rolled month after month. i get in credit and the charges come out, and then the bills come out, and then i get charged, and then i get in credit and..... (you get the picture)

this month has been ridiculous, i went overdrawn, then my charges came out, and now i get a letter saying i will be charged again everyday because its gone into a new accounting period. (so thats 5 days last month and another 10 this month!!!!!!!!!)

I rang Lloyds this morning, and even though the woman on the end of the phone tried to help me she said that "there is really nothing i can do". she booked me an appointment with the bank on tuesday.

I would like some advise on what to say/do on tuesday, i have tried asking for an overdraft (and they pretty much laughed at me)
i also maxed out my credit card paying off charges.

at this rate when i get paid this month (im part time) i will need to leave all the money in just to pay off charges!

i have got money going in at some point this week (paypal transfer) so i will hopefully be back in credit for the meeting tuesday

all advise welcome

thanks in advance

    Well, you should......and they won't

The chances are at the meeting they will:
    1. Refuse an overdraft
    2. Offer a Managed Loan or
    3. Offer to 'upgrade' your a/c to a monthly fee a/c

none of which will be of any practical help.

i probably will when i am not worrying about paying the bills,

    1. thats what happened last time
    2. no way im taking out a loan
    3. i would pay it if they gave me an overdraft with it, anything would be cheaper than what its costing me now.

either way, there is not going to be any money in there when the next charges are due, otherwise i cant pay rent and bills

so im gunna be further in the ****
