reclaiming bank & credit card charges

can you claim bank & credit card charges if you are overdrawn and not earning money and if you wanting to go to the bank for a loan for further education? 0

The 2 things are totally different.
You could claim your charges back but this would indicate that you have had a s**t account so your chances of getting any loans or overdrafts there are pretty slim!0
