Hi,
Obviously i have checked the site but im still not sure where we are all at with the reclaiming of bank charges? I thought that this issue was supposed to be resolved by now?
Anyway over the past 6 years my charges are easily into the 1000's but just last week for one error (i.e. not having the chance to pay any money in) i work with cash, i have racked up £377 worth of charges, 3 of these £38 charges were for items less than £5 which i cannot comprehend.
Anyway i rang the bank told them the true sob story of what went on and they said because it was not a bank error they wont refund any charges....I said £377 worth of charges is justifyable in one week? its charges upon charges that take you over drawn even more and they charge you for that. (***ks me off)
So what can i do about it in the current climate?
