Hi There - can anybody tell me how long it takes to get the Allocation Questionnaire through. On Money Claim, under status, it says the bank has defended on 18/06/07 but I haven't been heard anything or been sent any paperwork through? Is this normal? If not, what should I do and who should I contact? Thanks :)
