Allocation Questionnaire

Hi All - I was wondering if anybody can help with the following:
My bank has put in a request to defend my claim (on Money Claim Online). Apparenty, they did this on the 18/06/07 but I haven't had anything through from the bank or the court since they acknowledged the claim a week ago?
I believe the next step is the Allocation Questionnaire. I've sent the court an email to ask if this is on it's way.
First Question: Does it normally take this long for the AQ to come through?
Second Question: Once I get the AQ through what do you suggest I put in part G ref. 'set out any other information you consider will help the judge to
manage or clarify the claim, including any other information you consider should be supplied by the other party.' Any ideas?
Last but not least, do I send anything through with the AQ to strengthen my case i.e. the letters I have sent the back, the breakdown of charges etc. Or do I save this for the next step?
In fact .. what is the next step?
Eeek! I'm so confused and scared now! If anybody can help I would really appreciate it.
Thanks :)

    Thanks - that's really helpful - I didn't spot that on the site :)
