ive gone for my charges back from lloyds due decission this week but ive got a £10,000 loan with them could they be mean and say i have to pay it back in one go:eek: can anyone help?

As long as the account you are claiming against is not the loan account you should be OK
even if it is the same account they can't close it and you could call in the Financial Ombudsman if they did

No they can't.
The loan agreement you have with them is a seperate document stating that you will pay them a certain amount back over a set period of time.
If they close that account and ask you to repay the funds they would be breaking their side of a legal agreement.NATWEST Amount Claimed £2860 Amount Received £2860
