No Allocation Questionnaire sent?

Hi There - can anybody tell me how long it takes to get the Allocation Questionnaire through. On Money Claim, under status, it says the bank has defended on 18/06/07 but I haven't been heard anything or been sent any paperwork through?

Is this normal? If not, what should I do and who should I contact?

The courts are busy and some aren't using Allocation Questionnaires any more, as they now know what these cases usually involve, how long they usually take and that the bank’s solicitors usually don't turn up.

However, give the court service a ring. Their contact details are on the Money Claim Online website.<O:p</O:p
