Advice please!!
Am in the process of claiming back bank charges and received a copy of all charges for the last 6 years today. I'm a wee bit unsure as to whether I can claim for overdraft interest:confused: Lloyds TSB lists this as a charge. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Capital One Wont Pay What They've Offered
A couple of years ago we owed money on a few cards and agreed settlement figures on some of them in full and final settlement. Bank Closing Account
I'm in the middle of claiming my charges from the Nationwide, who I've heard do ask people to leave afterwards. How likely is it now to have your account closed after reclaiming charges? Is it less likely with so many people doing it? And has anyone had problems opening a new bank account or won't the other bank care that…
