Hi there, a quick bit of advice, Barclays made a first offer - £530 against the £916 i was claiming inc interest. Whilst reading & in reply to a previous post some suggested i should decline it & they will make a second offer. What i was wondering was do i send another of the template letters, think it was the second one & change the wording slightly. Basically the best way from peoples experience to decline it & ask for more money. Thanks

Do not accept, send template letter stating you will accept this offer as part payment, but are continuing claim for full amount. Can't remember if template is on Martin's site or CAG site.
