What happens if you include unrecoverable charges?
I've submitted my MCOL form, but was unaware at the time that not all monthly OD charges are recoverable and so submitted them all. The "unrecoverable" charges amount to about 5% of my claim. Is there anything I can do/what's likely to happen? The bank have just acknowledged my claim ... help!
