are the banks only paying out under 5k and or does anyone no what the highest amount has been payed beck to someone.

Recently in the news a guy claimed a staggering £38,000 in Bank charges from his business account from natwest!
thats the biggest claim i have seen so far, i have also seen on this site and CAG website lots of people with £5000 +0 -
No way would I expect that.
I think the next thing you do is send Martin's third template letter - court action - and don't let them off so easy.
