Lloyds TSB Refused to send me list of Bank Charges

I telephoned Lloyds TSB this morning to dispute a £100 "arangement fee" for an overdraft despite this being the third year the overdraft has been in place and also to ask them to send me a list of the past 6 years charges.
Soon as I mentioned this the lady's attitude suddenley changed and she said that they don't do that anymore due to the large number of request they are currently getting. She said that I would need to go though my statements myself and list the charges I felt were unfair and send them in writing.
She was very unfriendly and not very helpful about this at all.
Anyone else had these problems with Lloyds TSB?

Yeah they tried that on with my SD too. We wrote to the HO address with a £10 chq and requested statements as allowed under DPA. When they still weren't forthcoming we complained to the Data Protection Registrar and copied letter to Lloyds HO - funnily enough, statements arrived not long after. The smallest deed is greater than the grandest intention ~ Anonymous0
