Hi All, And Love The Site, Keep Up The Good Work For Us Poor Imortals.i Received A Very Very Polite Letter From Lloyds, Stating,
Blah, Blah , Fees, Blah Etc.
But We Are Sorry, But You Can't Have Your Charges Back!
Cheeky Bleepers, I Can And I Will.
What I'd Like To Know Now. Is
I Have Posted Letter To My Local Bank, Informing Them That We Will Take Them To Court. When We Do Apply To Court, Who Then, Do I Send These Details Too. Is It My Own Bank, Or Another Section.
Any Help Would Be Much Appreciated.
Thanks

As to when, assuming that you have given them so many days, either working or calendar, to respond to your letter, escalate the claim on that day. Keeping to your timetable is the simplest way of showing them that you mean business. I used to deal with customer complaints and that sort of thing is noticed. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

SO AS MARTIN SAYS, I'M GETTING LEGLE ON THERE BACK SIDES.:rotfl:
ONLY THING IS, NOT SURE WERE TO SEND LETTERS WE WILL HAVE ONCE WE APPLY TO COURT. IS IT TO MY OWN BANK, OR A HIGHER OFFICE?

HI THERE.
WE HAVE ASKED FOR OUR DOSH BACK, THEY SAY NO. NOT ASKING THEM A SECOND TIME. WE ARE NOW THREATENING COURT ACTION, AND THEY ARE TO REPLY WITHIN 14 DAYS. DID YOU FOLLOW TEMPLATES ON SITE, AS YOU CAN GO FOR INTEREST ONCE YOU HAVE WON.
WE HAVE NOT PUT THE INTEREST IN OUR FIRST LETTERS, AS IT DOES TAKE US OVER THE £5000.00, WHICH MEANS, POSSIBLY MORE COSTS TO YOU IF BANK DOES GO TO COURT, BUT THEY WON'T.
WHAT I WOULD DO NOW, WRITE ONE MORE LETTER, ASKING FOR FEES, WITHOUT INTEREST( YOU CAN GET THEM LATER)! GIVE THEM 14 DAYS TO REPLY, IF NO RESPONSE, TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIM COURT.
CHECK TEMPLATE LETTERS ON SITE, AS THERE IS ONE THERE FOR YOU TO USE.
HOPE THIS HELPS.
