Want to reclaim but have loan
Wondering if anyone can help? My OH wants to reclaim charges from Barclays but is nervous about doing so as he has 2 personal loans with them and he thinks that they might demand repayment of these which we can't afford. Does anyone have any experience of this or any advice? Thanks!

Account charge statement help please?
I just recieved my statements from my bank and i have tallied up the total I am owed. hi all, are the 40 days to wait for a response from the bank working days or do they include weekend days? this might sound a bit stupid but they charge me interest for weekend days! so should i count them? cheers :cool:

Can someone please help. Ifilled in the online court page paid my £80 and got my Notice of Issue. My problem is it's from Northampton County Court and I live in Dorset. Do I have to travel to Northampton and why is it so far away from where I live.

It seems that I can obtain details of every questionable charges deducted by my bank by accessing my bank statements going back 3 years. .... majority for going over overdraft limit - some for only under £1 !! However, my statements are from 2000 - 2001.. Is there a 6 year rule or should I still try and claim them back??

i submitted a mcol on 25/4/07 it takes 5 days to service does that include weekends ? ? ?. as im trying to work out if and when i will have to submitt a win by default ,which is 14 days after my 5th service day.iam a bit confused as wether to count weekends as normal days if u no wot i mean ? ? ?
