can anyone please offer advice for this stage of the Court process? i have taken my bank to court and have received a '"Draft Order for Directions" stating i must send to Defendant and Court - " a schedule setting out each charge repayment...showing date, amount and reason" is this just another highlighted copy of the bank…

40 days has lapsed
Does anybody know how to report a bank to the Information Commissioner's Office. The Yorkshire Bank has sent me a letter stating they won't be able to send me a list of charges within the 40 days. I've visitted http://www.ico.gov.uk/ but it looks a bit of a mine field. cheers
