Does anybody know how to report a bank to the Information Commissioner's Office. The Yorkshire Bank has sent me a letter stating they won't be able to send me a list of charges within the 40 days. I've visitted http://www.ico.gov.uk/ but it looks a bit of a mine field.

Hi andy & shaz this is what you need to fill out http://www.ico.gov.uk/upload/documents/library/freedom_of_information/forms/foieir_complaints_form.doc and the address is at the bottom where you send it to. Hope this helps.Who i'm taking on
