Can I claim again !

Hi chaps,
could someone advise me whether or not I could re-apply for my charges over the last six years, when I have already entered into some sort of deal with Nat West. I took it on myself last summer before this euphorea of re-claiming charges took hold on the country. I requested that NW repay £136 in charges that they "stole" during the early part of 2006. They replied with an offer which I accepted, but on the proviso that I sign a disclaimer. I dont have the original but it was very short and brief saying something like this would be the end of the matter. I heard something on radio that said that might not be the case, should I re-apply for the previous 5 years?
