Well im a bit confused, i have to go to the bank today and hand in my cheque book and cards
due to "card missuse"
anyway im a bit cross as the bank has let me run up these debts over a period of time and now wants their money back , i know its my fault but they could of said something sooner .
i am very overdrawn as im paying about £200 a month in bank charges. Can i claim these charges back, even though it was my fault and i am very overdrawn
i didnt think i could , but if i can get them to stop charging me, i will get it paid back in no time :j

Yes, you can claim them back. Pop over to the Reclaiming Charges site and read about it there, there's also some template letters you can use. I have successfully reclaimed £1700 from Halifax for bounced DD's and cheques.0
