Why Are Banks Still Charging So Much

confused: If the banks know what everyone is doing by reclaiming WHY are they still charging so much ??? its crazy

Basically, because they can.
Its a merry-go-round until something happens to stop it. Consumer Law would have to change or the banks would have to lower their charges to reflect their actual costs. Until either of those things happen then round and round we go.0 -
The OFT wil reduce (hopefully) what they can charge soon, however this is still unlikely to be the "actual" amount it costs the bank.the way forward is the consumer action group .co.uk0
