Want to reclaim but have loan

Wondering if anyone can help?
My OH wants to reclaim charges from Barclays but is nervous about doing so as he has 2 personal loans with them and he thinks that they might demand repayment of these which we can't afford.
Does anyone have any experience of this or any advice?

hmm tricky i would have thought they couldnt do anything about the loans as he has signed an agreement there fore i wouldnt have thought they could alter payments but banks being banks do what they like, they may close account but they ll still want interest off the loans hes paying which is why i cant see them demand full settlements as interest will be deducted from total amount he would originally owe.

i would still claim

ask for help from edinburgh lass she could be helpful, she usually is

but dont be scared, still claim good luck
