Hi
I am in the process of reclaiming bank charges and my case has been transferred to Portsmouth Court. Anyone had any dealings with Portsmouth Court and if so, was it painful/painless?
Havent got my date yet but the case was transferred from Northampton court a fortnight ago.
Many thanks

Cant't vouch personally for Portsmouth but dealing with most County Courts are a fairly painless experience.
The only problems may be with delays. Many courts are overstretched with too few staff, which creates delays. Two weeks is quite normal. If you are impatiant phone Portsmouth County Court, state youre case number and ask where your file is up to. They should be able to tell you what is happening, normally it's in a folder waiting to be typed!0
