Hi just a quickie, i've collated all my charges and am ready to send the letter to ask for my money back and just wanted to know if i should send the letter to my local branch or the head office? Many thanks in advance.

i sent mine to the comnplains dept in the head office and they even sent me my check back! that was with barclays
