Bos

I have sent 3 letters to BOS the last saying I was taking action but still no response. As my claim is £2600 I have to take out what is called an initial writ (I live in Edinburgh) which requires legal help. To date I have been unable to get a solicitor to take on my case, are the banks putting the screw on solicitors?

Pass your claim to the Financial Ombudsman and they will take up your claim for you with no cost to you.

Since Last Posting They Have Sent Me A Letter Saying That They Are Aware Of The Charges But As I Was A Business Account(not A Limited Company) The Current Charges Are Correct And Are Not Refundable As Current Cases Only Apply To Private Banking---they Did Offer £70 As A Good Will Gesture.

    Are They Right?
