HSBC - 2 weeks later, no reply - what now?

Hi all,

Trying to claim £2,600 from HSBC.

Sent the first letter ages ago, received statements, did the maths and sent the claim letter on 13th April (13 days ago).

I added to the bottom of the letter that I expect a reply within 7 days. What should I do now?

I REALLY need the money spo I need to push them. Do I need to now tell them that I am starting court proceedings as a scare tactic?

I would really appreciate some advice?

Many Thanks

Gary

Follow the procedures and send the second letter, giving them 14 days before taking them to court. You have to give the banks enough time to reply.
    Reclaimed thanks to this site:

  • The second letter WAS sent, if you mean he actual claim latter, 13 days ago.

So I send them a letter tomorrow threatening them with court action?

    Many Thanks
