Suggestions For A Rejection Letter

I have been offered £750.00 from LLoyds TSB against my claim for £3480, I am not accepting this offer but would like some ideas as to what to put in the letter to the bank telling them of my decision, I need it asap as there letter was dated the 10th april and they would credit my account with this amount within 10 days, as at todays date the money has not been credited to my account, any help would be gratefully received.
