i HAVE BEEN OFFERED £750.00 FROM LLOYDS TSB, MY CLAIM IS FOR £3480.53, I WANT TO REJECT THIS OFFER, BUT I NEED TO SEND A LETTER OF SOME SORT TO DO THIS, ANY IDEAS THIS OFFER CAME FROM THE 2ND LETTER I SENT TO THEM IN FEBRUARY, WHERE I INFORMED THEM THAT I WOULD TAKE THEM TO COURT TO RECOVER MY CHARGES, IF I REJECT THIS OFFER DO YOU THINK THAT THEY WOULD COME UP WITH THE WHOLE AMOUNT OR WOULD I HAVE TO GO ALONG THE COURT ROUTE.
