Intrest charged rather than a fee
Hi, Could somebody please clarify for me? I bank with Nat West and they charge interest on the amount I go overdrawn, as per their terms and conditions, rather than charging a fixed "penalty" fee. Can I still claim back six years of these charges in the normal way? Thanks.
