Should i claim back £5 charges?

I have a Halifax account which goes back many years and origionally the charges were only £5. I belive this was a fair charge so on my second letter to the bank said that i would accept a reduced amount which was basically the total of all charges above £5. However i have not recieved a reply within the permitted time frame. So the next step will be to File a Money Claim Online. My question is this.
Should i file for the full amount or the reduced amount?
I know its probably a personal choice. At the moment im thinking of filing for the full amount as i have given them plenty of chance.
