When Bank Has Already Closed Account

Hi, I am asking on behalf of my daughter.
Her Bank, Barclays has already closed her account in September (she has got in a serious mess).
With the help of CAB, she made an offer to them but this was declined Her account had been referred by Barclays for recovery action.
Can she still apply to reclaim the Bank Charges?
I have all the letters from this website printed out and ready to send.
Any help, advice would be most appreciated.
Many thanks, Magicmadam.

Yes she can still reclaim charges from a closed account. Follow the article and templates and ask in the forum if you need further help or, sometimes more importantly, a little support and reassurance. Good luck
