what happens to charges applied after application to court

hi, since completing my N1 court claim, the lovely people at nationwide have since increased my charges to a further £80. i am already using a new bank account, so all that has happened is that my balance has gone further overdrawn. at the time of applying to court, my balance was -£60, it now stands at -£140. my question is, as i have only included the £60 worth of charges, will they pay all of it back, or be sneaky (think i already know the answer here!) and pay back into the account only the amount requested, therefore i lose the £80? hope that makes sense!!!

You wont lose the £80 and have a couple of options. You can alter your claim to include this new amount but that will cost you more money. Alternatively, you can try to negotiate settlement, if they offer one, to include the £80. Failing both previous options dont sign anything saying you wont claim again and simply take them back to court after this claim is done. Good luck :)
