Lloyds TSB filed an acknowledgment at last minute on 17th April so they now have another 14 days to file a defence? I feel like only one everyone seems to be paid out before this stage?????

you musnt have read around this web site - as you'll find LLoyds TSB do that with everyone - think theres a hand full of cases where they dont let it get to this stage but aroun f 95% of LLoyds cases get to this stage and beyond.
Read the LLoyds TSB thread on here and you'll see your thoughts are totally wrong.
mines been acknowledged - im prepared for it to go right to court stage as that seems to be lloyds latest tactic

Me too - Lloyds acknowledges mine at the last minute and I received a letter from the court stating the will defend all charges. It seems to be Lloyds latest tactics.0
