Giving Young Kids Coke
Today I saw a young kid of three or four with a can of coke, not even diet coke, but the standard one full of sugar and caffeine. Perhaps I am overreacting, but to my mind that is just wrong and the parents giving their kids this are incredibly irresponsible. What do others think? Thanks.

The Hut - really that bad?
Very good deal on something I like. But it's clothing, so there is a chance I may need to return. Are they really as bad as people say? One review site has a bunch of negative reviews, but pretty positive on trustpilot, etc. Anecdotes?

Cheeky Letting Agent
Just a warning really as I'm far too happy here in Cyprus to get cross about £15/month, but when you sign a management contract with your letting agent in the UK, make sure they haven't made any changes to the original contract that you carefully examined (or the landlord info pack or individual correspondence for that…

Avoid Pledge Electronics Wipes on your TV
I used these on my TV screen and they have left smeary streaks. I sent them an email asking for my money back, and they asked me if I had read my TV handbook before using them. I said I had and now they want to know the make and model of my TV. I did a bit of googling and it seems that you should only ever clean a TV…

I recently left a job that I have been in for many years. I left because they caused me to be signed off with stress. About a month before I left they took photos of all the staff for their website. I didnt want this to happen but was not given an option to opt out. A month after I left they updated the website using my…

Passport renewal time
Blimey, Did check and send Monday afternoon and received a text on Wednesday to say they have received it. Today (Thurs) they texted to say it's being printed so in theory it should arrive tomorrow. Huge praise and there was me worried that my daughter wouldn't make New York for new year!

EDF - Vent
Been asked for meter readings by EDF (it's our annual review), to be told we have a credit on our account. I've had to push to have this back 'as the deal is ending, the charges will go up, but the DD will stay the same'. The computer system doesn't seem to believe that someone may be switching from them. I have finally…

Linden homes
Not much we can do about this. But something to consider if you are looking at a new house (especially with linden homes). We brought our house two years ago through linden homes, we love our house and have made it our own, even the price seemed reasonable for a new build. Even better the area was brand new, and the…

curry's committing fraud selling anti virus for tablets
Hi, my mum went into curry's to buy a tablet. She was given a hard sale by the person working there who talked her into buying anti virus for her tablet by saying it isn't safe to go onto the internet without it and people would be able to hack her bank account / emails. Downright lies from curry's. I've got the anti virus…

I ordered flowers for my mother who was ill in hospital. The day before the flowers were due to be delivered she was discharged due to lack of beds. I tried all day to get through to Interflora to rearrange the delivery to her home address but was permanently placed in a never ending queue. When I eventually got through to…

ASDA Norwich
 well thought I had everything yesterday : member of fresh food staff standing on shop floor eating a bag of crisps !!! ???? How UN hygenic I thought : surely they get breaks and presumably have a canteen/ rest room ? Must say some thing about poor management if this sort of thing is deemed acceptable.
