Very good deal on something I like. But it's clothing, so there is a chance I may need to return.
Are they really as bad as people say?
One review site has a bunch of negative reviews, but pretty positive on trustpilot, etc.

I haven't used them for about 5 years following terrible service. Can't comment on recent performance.0

Used them once, took nearly a fortnight to despatch something they claimed was in stock. Haven't used again.0

Never used them myself but a few people at work use them regularly and have never had any issues and have recommended them to me several times.0

Yep, they sent me a used xbox 360, when I returned it, they sent me another used one! To make matters worse, the first one they sent me still had the returns note from the original owner, inckuding all of his details .
Go to the press involved and they gave me a freebie, but, still... pretty poor.0 -
