Been asked for meter readings by EDF (it's our annual review), to be told we have a credit on our account.
I've had to push to have this back 'as the deal is ending, the charges will go up, but the DD will stay the same'. The computer system doesn't seem to believe that someone may be switching from them.
I have finally got this back to the bank 'within three days', so we'll wait and see whether this materialises.
