I booked a train ticket last Friday evening for my trip up to London on Saturday on red spotted hanky. In a rush to leave Saturday morning I stupidly forgot my railcard so had to begrudgingly buy a new ticket at the station. I logged back on to the website and had a look at their refund policy and it all seemed very…

Re-delivery didn't arrive - do they just attempt again next working day?
We had a card through the door from Royal Mail last week. Parcel was too big for letterbox. I immediately ordered a re-delivery for yesterday and stayed in all day waiting. It never arrived. So do they simply re-attempt on the next delivery day or give up and wait for customer to contact them?

Vent and Warning - Dreams: more like nightmares!
My parents recently bought a mattress and a headboard from Dreams and I have been shocked at the service they received. Firstly, my dad made an error and they ordered a King size mattress and headboard instead of a double (he measured the quilt, not the bed silly man!) When they rang up to change the order, not only are…

Royal Mail seem to be doing the decent thing to those customers who were accidently debitted twice via their system, and giving them a £25 goodwill gesture as well of refunding their mistake, other companies could learn from them http://www.royalmail.com/customer-service/customer-news/website-technical-difficulties
