Lots of praise for UPS!

Shocker eh?
Yep, nothing but praise for UPS. I ordered a delivery from Molton Brown last week and, entirely my fault, managed to !!!! up the address by only putting the postcode and my name. Silly customer yes.
Anyway, the UPS guy still delivered it to my work on time saying he had remembered my name from a previous delivery - bearing in mind that our postcode is also the postcode for the 40 flats next door, that's pretty impressive! plus the fact he couldn't drive to our work as the school gates were shut and thus he had to walk a good five minutes to deliver it. I would have understood if he had just left it given what a mess I had made but nope, he went above and beyond.
I called UPS after he had left to leave positive feedback, figuring they'll get nowt but moans at this time of year, and the local manager called me back to tell me the praise had been passed down and thanks for reporting!
So I'm very happy. HDNL on the other hand, couldn't deliver a parcel from one hand to the other. Sods.

To be fair if you did that with HDNL how would you expect them to deliver?0

Oh absolutely right - but HDNL have failed to deliver several of my parcels which DID have correct addresses on - if I had messed up my address with those parcels then fair enough!
