Rude Parcel2go service
Anyone noticed how rude parcel2go.com's live chat customer service can be? Sometimes, they're fine, sometimes they are inept, rude, and awful. I was trying to post something to China and the postcode field on their website gives an error. Just spoke to Craig who was being extremely difficult with me. Then he hung up.

"Cloned" visa debit card
Hi all, hope this is the right place for this. A few days ago I gave my visa debit card details to a Hong-Kong based company to pay for a small purchase (£25). I have bought from the company before and it is legit. The transaction was declined and on the email they sent back I a wrong expiry date & the cardholder name was…

Colman Relocation Services.
A small local family removal and shipping firm based in Torquay. They did what they said they would do. They arrived on time and packed everything in an efficient and careful manner. They delivered on time and unloaded without any breakages. Very friendly and helpful, and I thought the price was very reasonable too.

Grumble at Virgin Mobile data protection
My mobile is in my husband's name, but I'm the one using it. We were a bit crap with the bill this month, so today it finally got cut off. Cue conversation with a VM man who asked me for the password to husband's account. I didn't know it so he couldn't do anything, which was fair enough even though I was offering to pay…

Nano Lite 4GB MP3 player
Just received one of these as advertised on Groupon. Had a number of bits that were useful (speaker, in car FM link up etc) and the capacity of 4Gb was just what I needed. However the build quality on the MP3 player and in car link up is terrible. Whilst I appreciate that £30 + £4.95 postage may seem excellent value, I…

Beware of Dealtastic!
Woudl like to raise a red flag in relation to Dealtastic. On the 2nd August, I purchased four items from them in the "carboot sale" deal - thus getting free shipping for my items. Days went past and no sign of my package arriving. The site said if you do not receive an item in 20 days, you may contact them, and all replies…

Debit card payment/Tesco rant!
Beware peeps! Apparently When you pay by debit card your bank puts the money aside (allocates) for the vendor to take the money for 5 days from the date of the transaction- nothing wrong with that- we all know that. However if they do not collect the m oney within that time o=your bank- in my case Scalifax/Bank of…

Restaurants claiming to offer gluten-free meals....
My husband has coeliac disease. Because this is a gluten intolerance, a lot of people seem to think it's not a big deal. But people with coeliac disease are not the same as those who opt to follow a wheat-free diet for example. It's a serious auto-immune disorder, where consuming food with gluten in it causes a very nasty…
