Anyone noticed how rude parcel2go.com's live chat customer service can be? Sometimes, they're fine, sometimes they are inept, rude, and awful.
I was trying to post something to China and the postcode field on their website gives an error. Just spoke to Craig who was being extremely difficult with me. Then he hung up.

nice result for you matt99b! Funny that I have just finished posting a rant about parcel2go in another thread on this forum!
I agree their customer service is appalling. They delivered one of my parcels damaged (a pair of speakers) and wouldn't agree to give me a full refund.
You need two working speakers for both of them to work, and they said because only one speaker was damaged they would only refund the amount for one speaker not both (even though both were covered for more than what I got paid for them). I spoke to a rude customer service representative over and over again about this to no avail and no hopes of escalating to a manager for a final response to my complaint.
Ultimately I had to refund my customer the full amount for both speakers which left me out of pocket.. Thanks Parcel2go for ripping me off good style!!0 -

the courier damaged your parcel, not parcel2go themselves. Always a risk with any courier and any company offering carrier services.

seems fair enough to me. If part of the consignment was broke, why would they compensate the full consignment. Send the one broken speaker for repair?

use the compensation value to get a repair and resell?
