3 days ago I applied for a 12 month simplicity contract and I got accepted. However due to me dealing with my debts I decided to cancel it. I rang up and explained my situation within 10 minutes I had my contract cancelled and the guy wished me a belated birthday.

Isnt it great when people do that :)
