I'm very pleased with Tesco Direct for delivery of groceries. I booked a delivery between 12 and 2, and at 2.10 they hadn't arrived. I rang customer services who told me the driver would be here in half an hour, and that they would refund the £5.99 delivery charge for me - very impressed!
